Gwen is always encouraging others to be their best selves. She doesn't let anyone make excuses for the reason they can't get their lives under control. She figured out how to juggle food and exercise while still living a life.

Her business is one of helping people transform their lives. Gwen's statement of "Believe & Achieve" says it all. Helping individuals believe that it's possible to get healthy while eating foods they love and learning to love being physically active.

Can you relate to any of these statements?

*You are a very busy person. You need the steps to take to maximize the time you have to help you make lasting healthy changes.

*You have goals you want to accomplish besides weight loss but aren't sure what direction to take to accomplish them.

*You need a food plan and exercise plan that's flexible enough to change with your life. Change if you were single and then in a relationship, or you have kids or you had a part time job and now you're full time.

The first thing you need to do to get things straight is take at least 30 minutes to sit down and think about, what do you want your life to look like? What do you want to look like physically? What type of physical activity do you want to do? What do you want for your money? What type of relationships do you want in your life? You have to know what your foundation is in these areas before you start taking the actions needed to create the life you want.

Gwen's way is unique because she guides you through the process by not starting with food and exercise.

Many plans and programs start with the food....

What do you eat and how often?

What type of exercise do you do and how often?

You will start by not changing anything in your life right away. This way, you know what your habits are so you can identify them as they come up during your life. You will no longer ignore your life by thinking food is the reason you can't lose the weight and keep it off.

Gwen has learned how to navigate the weight loss journey by mapping the detours that happen along the way and how to avoid them. And if you happen to take one of those detours, like overeating, you will learn how to get back on track with the food and in your mind.

Gwen's reason for helping others is she was tired of watching her friends and people she met seem so hopeless. They felt like they could never get their weight or life under control because they don't have time, money or someone to guide them though the process of how to do this. Gwen wants to show you, it's not hopeless to lose the weight, eat foods you like, spend time with friends, create a life that you want for you and your family.

The "Believe & Achieve" motto is not just lip service. You aren't asked to do anything Gwen hasn't done. She is dedicated to helping you create a life you don't have to use food to escape from!
